Participant Agreement, Release & Policies
1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in trips and activities organized by Lifetime Adventures, LLC involves inherent and unavoidable risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:
Motor vehicle travel and transportation-related risks
Weather conditions and environmental exposure
Injuries resulting from walking, public events, crowds, uneven surfaces, or third-party venues
Acts or omissions of other participants or third parties
By registering for and participating in a trip, each participant voluntarily assumes all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release, waive, and discharge Lifetime Adventures, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any trip or activity.
This release includes claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined by applicable law.
Participants understand that Lifetime Adventures, LLC may utilize third-party venues, vendors, transportation routes, and event organizers and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of such third parties.
3. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
Follow all instructions provided by the trip host and driver
Arrive at designated departure times
Conduct themselves respectfully and safely
Comply with all local laws and venue policies
Remain seated and follow safety protocols while in transit
Lifetime Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or interferes with the experience of others. Removal may occur without refund.
4. Conduct & Safety Standards
For the safety and comfort of all participants:
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited
Weapons of any kind are prohibited
Alcohol policies may vary by trip and will be communicated in advance
Harassment, threatening conduct, or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated
Lifetime Adventures reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion where safety concerns arise.
5. Health & Emergency Information
Participants are responsible for evaluating their own fitness and ability to participate.
Any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special needs must be disclosed prior to departure.
Participants must provide accurate emergency contact information at the time of registration.
Lifetime Adventures is not responsible for failure to disclose relevant medical information.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Lifetime Adventures reserves the right to:
Cancel or modify trips due to weather, safety conditions, insufficient participation, or unforeseen circumstances
Substitute destinations or adjust itineraries when necessary
Refund eligibility and trip credits will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by event.
7. Photo & Media Release
Participants grant Lifetime Adventures, LLC permission to capture and use photographs and video recordings taken during trips for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Participants who do not wish to appear in media must notify the trip host prior to departure.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State in which Lifetime Adventures, LLC operates.
If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment
By completing registration and submitting payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Participant Agreement, Release & Policies.
