Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Lifetime Adventures and its representative reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason (including insufficient number of participants) or to charge itineraries and/ or substitute services or hotels of equal quality without prior notification. In the event lifetime adventures cancels a program, it’s only obligated to participants is to refund all payments collected.

Missed Features of Program: in case a participant chooses not to utilize any aspect(s) of the program, he or she is not entitled to any refund. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of any program/trip.

Terms and Conditions

To secure your place on the trip

1. A deposit is required at the time of booking, together with a completed booking form, signed Waiver of Liability, signed Terms and Conditions, and signed Cancellation and Refund Policy. (Refund Policy Notice: There is no refund, but participants can sell their trip as long as the new participants sign the Waiver of Liability, Code of Conduct, and Terms and Conditions set forth.)

2.     There will be no refunds unless the place can be resold.

The pacing and physical requirements of a trip may vary day by day & trip by trip. We recommend that you ensure that a trip is suitable for your physical capabilities.  Trips require walking and pose difficulties for disabled participants with impaired mobility. For example, some historic sites are only accessible by foot and involve stairs or inclines.

Certification of Health 

Making payment, each participate certifies that he or she does not have any condition or disabilities that would create a hazard or hardship for other participants. Participating in this activity individuals understand that healthcare standards, and facilities, and emergency services of treatment of certain health conditions could be hours within help.

Lifetime Adventures make no representations warranties and disclaims any made regarding  special accommodations or handicap accessibility on any trip.

Lifetime Adventures reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, or in the opinion of a third-party providing services on a trip, may affect the health, safety or trip experience of other participants.

Itinerary Variations & Holidays

If improvements can be made to trips itineraries or unforeseen circumstances necessitate changes, Lifetime Adventures reserves the right to amend, adjust or alter itineraries. Lifetime Adventures will make every effort to notify you as early as possible of such changes. Due to Location or holidays, special events, access to certain facilities and attractions including points of interest, wineries, museum, historical sites or stores may be limited. On such occasions and whenever possible, itineraries adjustments will be made by Lifetime Adventures to minimize the participant inconvenience. Weather maybe a contributing factor, extreme heat, or severe cold advisory, or other act of nature.

Responsibility

The individual trip participant agrees that lifetime adventures, affiliates, & its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, damages, losses, theft, accidents, delays, or irregularity, liability or expenses to persons or property due to any act of default of hotel, transportation carrier, restaurant supplier or other contractors rendering, or providing services. Lifetime adventures and its representatives shall not be responsible for any expenses or liability resulting in labor disputes, war, acts, terrorism, government restraints, weather conditions, sickness, pilferage, or any other causes beyond their control.

Required Traveler Documents

The following documents may be required to be completely filled out and signed for your tour. They contain information necessary for our guides to offer you our services. We may have them available at arrival for you to sign and turn in, but we would prefer that they be filled out ahead of time to avoid delays.
